Parts counter

Used Auto Parts

Engine parts, transmission components, electrical, body panels, suspension and interior accessories, pulled and tested for foreign and domestic vehicles.

Chapter 01

What comes off a car, and what is worth keeping

A donor vehicle comes into the yard and it gets broken down properly, not stripped for whatever is quickest to grab. Engine parts, transmission components, electrical systems, body panels, suspension parts and interior accessories all get pulled if they are still good, on foreign and domestic cars, trucks and SUVs alike.

That is the part people underestimate about a recycler. A ten-year-old sedan and a full-size pickup both come apart the same careful way, because a part that goes out the door with a fault comes back as a warranty claim and nobody at the counter wants that conversation twice.

How a part gets found when it is not already on the shelf

Not every part is sitting pulled and ready. The part-locating service exists for exactly that gap: a call comes in, the counter checks stock, and if it is not on hand, the search goes out to the network. That is what a free estimate within one to two days is actually paying for, someone tracking down the right part rather than guessing at a substitute.

Same-day service and next-day delivery are available once a part is confirmed, so a lot of jobs move faster than people expect for a part that had to be sourced rather than pulled off a shelf that morning.

Chapter 03

Tested before sale, and what that leaves you carrying

Every part is tested before it is sold, which is the whole point of buying from a yard instead of guessing on an unverified listing. That covers the mechanical side. It does not mean every part carries the same warranty terms once it leaves the counter, and it is worth knowing that before you pay rather than after.

The 90-day limited warranty applies to used auto parts, with mechanical parts guaranteed for that same 90 days. Electrical parts are the one category with no refunds at all, and body parts are sold as is. Both of those carve-outs are on the full warranty page, and the counter will walk through them for anything specific before you buy, not after.

Bringing the right information to the counter

Year, make and model gets a search started, but it is the trim level and the engine code that actually decide whether a part fits. Two versions of the same model built eighteen months apart can take completely different alternators or door panels, and that is the mismatch that sends people back to the counter a second time.

Bring the VIN if you have it, or a photo of the door jamb sticker. It is a two-minute conversation at the counter on Patterson Road, whether that is Mark, Charlie, or whoever is working that day, and English or Spanish either way.

Warranty and returns, plain

Every part sold here carries the terms on our warranties page, including the return window, the core policy, and the electrical and body-part exceptions. If what you need is a full engine rather than a component, the same long-block cover and fitting condition apply, and it is worth reading before you buy one on our used engines page.
